Hope for Shattered Stories

Welcome Friends,

Once upon a time, I believed peace was an unbreakable life. But then, I shattered to pieces when I birthed and held my lifeless daughter Anna in my arms. As years went by, lightning continued to strike and season after season, I found myself lying in fragments. I was in fact, the very definition of breakable. Here’s what I now know to be true; In Him, all things hold together (Colossians 1:17). In His hands my shattered life is whole. Suffering pulls back the curtain to reveal the tenacious and tender God who writes His very best stories from the shattered places. How is it for you, my friend? Are you crumbling to pieces? This space is meant for you. Join me in the courage to feel, the freedom to break and the invitation to live your own shattered story to the fullest.

On Sacred Ground

Kate’s latest book, On Sacred Ground, is a tender, honest invitation to encounter the presence of God in the raw, wounded places of life. Through personal stories and unflinching faith, Kate Kelty reminds us that even our deepest suffering can become sacred ground.

Kate Kelty lives in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Bridgewater, Virginia, with her husband Chris of 23 years and their five beautiful children.
